The Chiropractic Educational Network (CEN) has been a leader in Chiropractic Assistant education for three decades. We offer education for emerging and existing chiropractic assistants across the nation. We offer an extensive program including in-person and web-based courses. This program is sponsored by Sherman College of Chiropractic.
